He lives in Birmingham with his wife and three kids who are all active in their local community. Grant blends his deep expertise across specialties and functions with a genuine passion for building meaningful, long-term partnerships.
A believer in coming alongside clients as a true collaborator, he focuses on creating impactful leadership solutions that drive growth and success. When he’s not working, he is active in tending to a large garden, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.

A Washington transplant via South Carolina, Andy balances his work with life at home, raising three energetic boys under the age of seven. Outside of work, you’ll find him on treasure hunts, building forts, jumping on trampolines, riding bike trails, or playing just about any sport with his family. When he gets a moment to himself, he works on lowering his golf handicap.
